1st edition. When should I start AI validation?
Ideally before the system goes into production, or at the first signs of regulatory interest. Early validation lets you plan the evidence from the outset rather than reconstruct it after an incident or inspection.
Does POLIVERSUM certify AI systems?
No. POLIVERSUM provides independent validation and evidence documentation. Formal conformity assessment remains the competence of notified bodies and the relevant authorities under the AI Act.
How does Service Desk access work?
Clients with active projects have access to the Service Desk with response SLAs (4 h for critical matters, 24 h for standard ones) and the option to escalate to a Senior Advisor. New clients can ask a question via the contact form or during a free briefing.
How do I obtain an “on request” material?
Write to info@poliversum.org.pl, specifying the material and the context in which you want to use it. We respond within two business days.
