Trust Center – POLIVERSUM trust principles
Trust is the foundation of every relationship with POLIVERSUM. Here we set out the principles and mechanisms that define how we work – transparently, impartially and with full accountability to the client and the regulator.

Six principles we apply in every project
Neutrality
We act solely as an independent validation body. We have no equity ties with AI system providers. Our opinions are impartial and based solely on evidence.
Data Governance
Data processing in compliance with the GDPR and national law. Data federation and work in isolated environments (on-premise or private cloud) are available.
Conflict of interest
A conflict-of-interest policy with mandatory disclosure of affiliations. Every project undergoes an independence assessment before contract signature.
Confidentiality
Every engagement is preceded by an NDA. Client information is not shared with third parties; project data is stored in line with our retention and security policy.
Cyber & Robustness
Validation infrastructure compliant with NIS2 and national cybersecurity regulation; regular penetration tests and external security audits.
Institutional neutrality
POLIVERSUM is neither a supervisory authority nor a certification body. We support compliance and provide evidence – regulatory decisions belong to the competent authorities.
